Warranty Guidelines
Scheduling Post-Closing warranty Visits
As part of our commitment to service to your home throughout the warranty period, an authorized Leadermark Homes representative will explain to you our process of scheduling and completing post-closing warranty visits. In addition, they will share with you the simple process we've set up to ensure that you have the proper access to our customer service team and that your service requests are handled promptly and to your satisfaction. At Leadermark, it is our goal to address all of your warranty items in a timely manner. As with regular warranty service, you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for our service to be completed.
Regular Service
Regular warranty service is available during working hours, Monday-Friday, and should only be scheduled for service items that need to be addressed. A Leadermark Homes customer service representative will contact you to arrange an appointment date and time. You or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for our service to be completed.
Emergency Service
Emergency warranty service is available after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting the emergency service numbers listed in the form submit section. Some examples of emergencies include no heat in extreme cold, no cooling in extreme heat, severe electrical problems, or severe plumbing leaks that cannot be isolated.
